01 — Dry Car Hire

The Kimberley’s car hire, built local.

Sedans, SUVs, utes, 4WDs and people movers for the day, the week or the season. Rent direct from the Pearl Coast depot in Broome or have a vehicle delivered to your accommodation, work site or the airport. Built for locals, tourists, contractors and government.

Three weekly hire tiers, listed on the Uber Vehicle Marketplace as the primary rental option for new driver-partners across the Northern Expansion. Insurance, servicing, registration and rideshare cover all included.

03 — Driver Development

From learner’s permit to your first $1,000 week.

Pearl Coast runs its own driver development pipeline out of Broome. We don’t just hand you a car. We get you licensed, on the platform, and earning — with a mentor walking the road with you from the start.

Get your licence

Mentored supervised driving lessons toward your 50 hours. We provide the car, the mentor, and the L plates.

Get on Uber

Onboarding to the Uber driver-partner app, document checks, and your dedicated Pearl Coast referral code.

3

Get a vehicle

Pick a tier, take the keys. Insurance and rego sorted. You’re driving the same week you sign.

4

Get to your first 20

Mentor support through your first 20 trips. Once you hit that milestone, both you and Pearl Coast unlock the Uber driver activation bonus.

04 — Corporate Charter

Private car hire and corporate fleet contracts, priced as IPP spend.

Pearl Coast operates a dedicated corporate charter and private car hire division for mining, government and resource companies operating in the regions we work. Because we’re Aboriginal owned, your spend qualifies under the Indigenous Procurement Policy.

    Pearl Coast operates Our drivers, our vehicles, our regional ops team — running the contract end to end across the Kimberley, Pilbara and beyond.
  • 04 ·
    You claim under IPP Because you contracted with Pearl Coast (50% Aboriginal owned), the entire spend counts toward your Indigenous Procurement Policy targets.
05 — Community Programs

Where the profits actually go.

A defined share of Pearl Coast’s earnings is reinvested into Aboriginal-led programs across the regions we operate in. Right now that means three flagship initiatives, with more to come.
