Crew change transfers from Broome International to remote operating sites. 17 seater NLS through to 33 seater FTS 800. Multi week contracts, fixed pricing, mine site compliant.

Pearl Coast Rental is a 50% Aboriginal owned operator. When a Commonwealth or state government agency, or a major resources sector business with IPP obligations, contracts charter through us, the entire spend counts toward your Indigenous Procurement targets.
We supply the supporting documentation, the ABN, the ownership certificate, and the contract structure your procurement team needs. Most clients are set up inside a week.

Standard hire conditions, applied to the vehicle rather than the operator. Read these before you commit.
Roads & access
- 2WD vehicles: sealed roads only — never permitted on 4WD roads or tracks
- 4WD vehicles: cleared for 4WD tracks, not just gazetted roads — unlike most rental operators
- No access year round: Mitchell Plateau, Kalumburu, Cable Beach vehicle access
- No access Nov to Apr: Gibb River Road (wet season)
- Night driving outside town boundaries at hirer’s risk
Drivers & licences
- Minimum driver age: 25
- MR licence required for buses over 4.5t GVM
- HR licence required for Mine Spec bus and Coach
- Photo ID and licence checked at pickup
Insurance & fees
- A standard insurance excess applies to every hire — excess can be reduced by paying an additional daily insurance fee
- No smoking: $500 + GST · No pets: $500 + GST
- All rates above are ex GST
